Ezz Elarab Star, a subsidiary of Ezz Elarab Automotive Group, has officially opened Egypt’s first showroom dedicated exclusively to certified pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles, marking a significant expansion in the country's premium automotive market.

The new facility aims to deliver a world-class purchasing experience while strengthening the presence of the German luxury brand in Egypt's certified used car segment.

Certified Quality Comparable to New Vehicles

The showroom is designed to redefine the traditional used car buying experience by offering Mercedes-Benz Certified Used Vehicles that undergo comprehensive technical and engineering inspections before being offered for sale.

Through this certification process, the company aims to provide customers with maximum transparency, confidence, and vehicle quality comparable to that of a new Mercedes-Benz.

Strategic Location and Expert Customer Support

The showroom is located at Gate 13, Mall of Arabia, 6th of October City, and features a selection of certified Mercedes-Benz models.

Customers are assisted by a dedicated team of specialists who provide technical consultations and personalized guidance to help buyers choose the vehicle that best matches their needs.

Comprehensive Ownership Solutions

Beyond vehicle sales, the showroom offers a full range of customer services, including:

Flexible financing options
Vehicle insurance solutions
Trade-in programs
Advance vehicle reservations
Access to authorized Mercedes-Benz service centers
Genuine Mercedes-Benz spare parts

The integrated approach is intended to provide a seamless ownership experience from purchase through long-term maintenance.

Supporting Growth in Egypt's Luxury Car Market

Adham El Gazzar, Chief Executive Officer of Ezz Elarab Automotive Group, said the new showroom reflects the company's strategy to expand its presence in Egypt's luxury automotive sector while offering customers more opportunities to purchase certified pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles with guaranteed quality and reliability.

Building Trust Through Certification

Reda Abdel Salam, General Manager of Ezz Elarab Star – Mercedes-Benz, said the Mercedes-Benz Used Vehicles program goes beyond conventional vehicle sales by delivering an ownership experience built on trust, transparency, and peace of mind.

He added that every certified vehicle reflects the global quality standards associated with the Mercedes-Benz brand.

Strengthening Market Leadership

The opening forms part of Ezz Elarab Star's broader strategy to enhance its integrated automotive ecosystem, combining new vehicle sales, after-sales services, maintenance, and certified pre-owned vehicles under one umbrella.

The company said the initiative further reinforces its position as one of the leading Mercedes-Benz distributors in the Egyptian market while providing customers with greater confidence when purchasing luxury used vehicles.
