Five Egyptian Tech Companies Showcase Innovation at GITEX Europe Berlin 2026
Five Egyptian technology companies participated in GITEX Europe Berlin 2026, presenting AI, cybersecurity, and smart software solutions while seeking new partnerships across European markets.
Egypt's leading technology industry organizations—the Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications (CIT), the Eitesal Association, and the General Division for Digital Economy and Technology—announced their official participation in GITEX Europe Berlin 2026, one of the world's largest technology exhibitions, held recently in Berlin, Germany.
The Egyptian delegation featured five prominent technology companies, highlighting the country's growing innovation ecosystem and expanding presence in international technology markets.
Expanding into European Markets
The participation was organized through a strategic partnership between Egypt's technology-focused civil society organizations, with support from government entities, particularly the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA).
The initiative aimed to strengthen the global visibility of Egyptian technology companies, open new business opportunities across Europe, establish commercial and investment partnerships with international firms, and explore the latest developments in emerging technologies.

DoctorVoice, a startup operating under the BackBoard Technology platform
Among the participants, DoctorVoice achieved a significant milestone by qualifying for the finals of the Supernova Startup Competition, held alongside GITEX Europe Berlin 2026.
The company became the only Egyptian startup to reach the competition's final stage with its AI-powered voice messaging platform, which enables patients to access remote medical consultations quickly and efficiently.

During the exhibition, the Egyptian companies showcased innovative solutions across several technology sectors, including:
