PARAGON | ADEER has announced the successful sellout of The Nexus Phase, the first phase of its flagship Sumou Boulevard development, within just 48 hours of its official launch, generating EGP 7 billion in sales.

The rapid sales performance underscores growing investor confidence in Egypt's next-generation cities and increasing demand for integrated mixed-use developments that combine residential, commercial, and business spaces.

Strong Demand Across Residential and Commercial Units

The Nexus Phase introduced a wide range of residential units, from studios to four-bedroom apartments, with sizes ranging from 31 square meters to 238 square meters.

The launch also included office and loft office spaces ranging from 64 square meters to 9,000 square meters, attracting both homebuyers and investors seeking long-term value in one of East Cairo's fastest-growing districts.

Additional Financial Hub Inventory Sells Out Within Hours

Following the complete sellout of the initial phase, PARAGON | ADEER released additional buildings within the project's Financial Hub to meet strong market demand.

The newly launched inventory was fully sold within hours, further demonstrating sustained buyer interest and reinforcing confidence in the long-term investment potential of Sumou Boulevard.

The company said the results strengthen the project's position as a fully integrated destination that extends beyond conventional real estate offerings.

CEO Highlights Shift Toward Integrated Communities

Commenting on the milestone, Eng. Bedeir Rizk, Chief Executive Officer of PARAGON | ADEER, said the overwhelming response reflects a broader transformation in buyer preferences.

"The remarkable response to The Nexus Phase reflects a broader shift in market demand toward integrated destinations that offer more than traditional real estate products. Today's buyers are seeking environments that bring together living, business, innovation, and community in one connected ecosystem."

Rizk added that the complete sellout within 48 hours, followed by the rapid absorption of additional Financial Hub inventory, validates the company's vision for Sumou Boulevard and reinforces confidence in the future of Egypt's emerging urban centers.

He also emphasized that investor demand reflects trust in PARAGON | ADEER's long-term strategy of delivering sustainable, value-driven developments that benefit clients, partners, and investors alike.

Sales Performance Reflects Market Maturity

Omar Nasser, Chief Sales Officer of PARAGON | ADEER, said the pace of sales demonstrates robust demand across multiple customer segments.

According to Nasser, interest came from both end-users and investors who recognize the value of strategically located mixed-use developments.

He noted that the rapid sellout of the additional Financial Hub inventory highlights not only the project's appeal but also the increasing maturity of Egypt's real estate market and buyers' growing preference for integrated residential, commercial, and business destinations.

Egyptian-Saudi Partnership Drives Growth

With demand continuing to exceed the project's initial supply, PARAGON | ADEER said the successful launch of The Nexus Phase reflects strong confidence in the long-term vision behind Sumou Boulevard.

The company added that the early success of the project also demonstrates the strength of the Egyptian-Saudi partnership behind the development, highlighting the growing role of regional investment collaborations in supporting Egypt's expanding urban landscape and next-generation cities.
